As our ministry began about July 1954 so our year begins from July 1st and runs to June 30th annually. By the grace and mercy of GOD we have been able during the past 12 months to reach an additional 4004 new contacts. Bringing the total to 61,484. Of the 4004 new contacts, 1271 have been overseas which is the best result since 1999-2000 and is mainly Hymnals to Ghana and Bibles to Nigeria, Zambia and Malawi.
The remaining 2733 have been locally through the distribution of VIA magazine in villages within 20 miles of Walden All of which is good in that it provides opportunities to those reached to find out more if they wish to do so. This has always been a work of faith. We deliver and the Holy Spirit applies where people are prepared to read. As far as VIA is concerned we adjudge interest by the increased activity on our 2 websites after each visit . However the overwhelming perception is “How Few?”. Billy Graham when reminded that he had ministered to over 700,000,000 during his ministry also responded in disappointment with “How Few?” and with a world population of 7 billion, of whom 2 billion cannot read or write, and 5 billion are not Christians leaves our LORD, and we his servants, a huge challenge, crippled by the lethargy and complacency of so many Christians and further shackled by the paucity of regular corporate prayer.
Also we have funded planting of 300 trees in Uganda where we already have 2 woods and a total of 2355, of our worldwide 7265 in 15 countries since 1991. The many people planting trees may offset the stupid ones cutting down vast areas of the rain forests of Brazil and Central Africa.

We support the FINAL MESSAGE TO THE LOST SHEEP CHURCH at Nchelenge in Northern Zambia founded 7 years ago, a congregation of 50 -70 people with 5 Elders one of which acts as Minister Jackson Chanda whose wife Christine helps him. They have 4 children of their own, 3 daughters Chalwe 13, Hildah 4 and Hazel 8 months and a son Jackson Junior who is 8.
We have been supporting with Christian literature and cassette this evangelistic ministry out of which this church was formed, for about 10 years. The Church operates a Youth Vocational Training Scheme launched in 2011 by a grant of thousands of pounds worth of training equipment sent out by Tools With a Mission at Ipswich which we raised £1000 to pay freight and transport costs. The equipment is used in a network of small enterprise groups with volunteer trainers.
Our Main Annual Task is to raise £500 a year to educate 10 Aids Orphans adopted some years ago by Jackson Chanda who attend KALWEO PRIMARY SCHOOL [ Headmaster Mr Giberi Chishimba ] paying 2 terms while 2 other former Church members living away pay the other term.
3 more people giving £75 the cost per child per year would cope with that. We have enough to cover the next 9 months. This project is called Nchelenge Aids Orphans Education Mission
Jackson Chanda assisted by 8 lay preachers has evangelised for three years 3 islands on the Lake Mweru, Katofyo Island, Chisenga Island, and Kabeke Island. Each has a growing congregation.
We have been enabled to provide Large Print Local Language [ Bemba ] Bibles to 58 poorly sighted adult converts at 3 mission Churches plus 72 English on the islands. They need another 228 @ £5 each, costing £1140. When that can be achieved we don't know but it is a work in action and any sum that helps reduce the total would be appreciated.
We hope to have some photos from Nchelenge later in the year but this pastor having no camera has to hire a photographer. Jackson gets about the region using a bicycle.

who we have supported over many years as an evangelist who was taken ill last year and returned to his home village in the Volta Lake area where he is at peace and rehabilitating. His doctors hope that will be completed by the end of July. Before taken ill he was able to distribute personally Bibles to a number of top executives in his country. He tells us that he has obtained employment to provide a consultancy for a micro finance firm. He tells us that his brother Dennis will graduate from a top ICT college in July, and his brother Richard is enlisting in the Ghanaian Navy in October.
Evangelist Clifford Owusu Nkansa
pastor of Church of Christ Bawjaise which now appears to have in care the Mangoase Christian Mission Church, a congregation of subsistence farm workers to which we supplied Hymnals and an oil fired generator last year, and a bore hole and wheelchair earlier on.

Stephen Aggrey has surfaced again after years of being out of touch during which he has been in prison in Gambia and become Gay. Because of this his 2 sisters whom he abandoned disown him. He needs to be reconciled with God, them and the Church. We reconnected via FACEBOOK and I sent him booklets about forgiveness and we are in email contact. He studied with our help electronics at the Maritime Academy as he has a job with a shipping company.
